it was at that point again--the point during the concert where everyone is
yelling those meaningfully composed lyrics at the top of their lungs:
"I can feel your breath.
I can feel my death.
I want to know you.
I want to see.
I want to say, hello."
and then the next moment we all just let go. of everything. our troubles, worries, fears, struggles. there were no strangers in the room. only other humans who were just that: human. we were
one. all sharing in the celebration of life. we all had decided to stay alive up to that point and in that moment. additionally, we had all decided to jump around like crazy people screaming, "LA LA, LA LA, LA DA DA."
That's what a Twenty One Pilots concert is to me: a conglomeration of imperfect people celebrating of the decision to stay alive, promoting the repetition of that choice.
i mean, think of it this way. if you're dead, you can't go to any more Twenty One Pilots concerts!
